Accident Investigations
Independent evidence gathering and investigation support for accident matters throughout Denver Metro and the Colorado Front Range.
Time-sensitive evidence

Scenes change. Witnesses leave. Video gets overwritten.
The first report may not contain every detail needed for an insurance claim, lawsuit, internal review, or personal decision. Independent investigation can help identify, preserve, and organize additional evidence.
Summit Intelligence Group focuses on the factual questions that matter to the client and documents both the available evidence and its limitations.

Accident investigation FAQs
How soon should an accident investigator be contacted?
As soon as practical. Physical conditions change, vehicles are moved or repaired, witnesses become harder to locate, and surveillance video may be overwritten. Early contact helps identify what evidence is at risk.
Do you replace the police investigation?
No. An independent investigation can review the official record, preserve additional information, identify witnesses or video, and address questions important to a civil, insurance, or internal matter.
Do you provide accident reconstruction?
Summit provides accident and scene investigation services. When formal engineering or certified crash reconstruction is needed, that requirement is identified and the work can be coordinated with an appropriately qualified specialist.
Who uses accident investigation services?
We assist individuals, personal-injury and defense attorneys, insurers, businesses, fleet operators, and other parties that need an independent understanding of an accident and its available evidence.
